1. Definitions

“App” refers to the Baby Log mobile application. “User” refers to any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App. “We”, “Us”, or “Company” refers to the developer and publisher of Baby Log.

2. About Baby Log

Baby Log is a utility application designed to help parents and caregivers track daily activities for their baby, including feeding, diaper changes, medicine, growth, and tummy time. The App operates entirely offline, and all data is stored locally on the User's device.

3. Not a Medical or Health Application

Baby Log is NOT a medical application and does NOT provide medical advice, health guidance, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The App is a simple logging and organizational tool. Any information displayed in the App (including growth charts, statistics, and summaries) is for informational and tracking purposes only and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health-related concerns about your child.

4. Usage of the App

The App is provided as a free service with optional premium features available through in-app purchase. The User is solely responsible for the information entered into the App. The User agrees not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any security features or technical limitations of the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

5. Premium Features — Payment & Subscriptions

Premium features are available through in-app purchases managed by Apple via the App Store. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests must be handled through your Apple ID account settings or by contacting Apple Support directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by the Company. The User retains ownership of all data they enter into the App. No part of the App may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Changes & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to the User or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

In particular, the Company assumes no liability for any decisions made based on data recorded or displayed in the App. The User acknowledges that the App is not a medical device and that no health-related reliance should be placed on its outputs.

9. Data & Privacy

Baby Log does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All data remains on the User's device. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures of third-party services.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
